Mia Torrecillas, a junior at Bakersfield Highland High in California, repeated as CIF Central Section Masters Division 2 girls cross country champion at Woodward Park in Fresno. Torrecillas covered the 5-kilometer layout in 18:15.31 to lead Highland to a 107-118 victory against Paso Robles to advance to the Division 2 state final Nov. 26 at Woodward Park.
